REMEMBERING AND EXPERIENCING THE BLESSINGS I will realize my own worth when I accept . . . I am worthy of divine blessings.

For those experiencing feelings and bouts of unworthiness, the Beatitudes, as presented in the Holy Bible offer hope. If they were to be re-written to address this very common human experience, they might be explained this way:

Blessed are the poor in spirit; those who have done all they know how to do.
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven, when they stop God starts.

Blessed are those who mourn; those who doubt their importance to God.
For they will be comforted; God will never give up on them.

Blessed are the meek; those who resist the urge to prove themselves.
For they will inherit the earth; they are the owners of true wealth.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness; those who understand that life is a process of growth and healing.
For they will be filled; they will grow and their minds will be healed.

Blessed are the merciful; those who don't beat themselves for making mistakes.
For they will be shown mercy; Ditto

Blessed are the pure in heart; those who realize they are doing the best they can.
For they will see God; they go within themselves to find a better way.

Blessed are the peacemakers; those who hold no against-ness.
For they will be called the sons of God; they will be open to new ideas and insights.

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness; those who keep working toward a better understanding of the truth of who they are.
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven; they will ultimately find the truth.

Until today, you may not have understood the simple things you can do to eradicate, eliminate and erase any beliefs that support unworthiness in your mind. Just for today, remember the divine words and divine love of a divine being who knew the truth about you.

Today, I am devoted to remembering and experiencing the blessing I have been given!

From Until Today!
